Qualifications

• First experience in recruitment, agency or in-house.
• You will run full-cycle recruiting across tech, product, design and business.
• You use AI tools in your daily workflow and have real attempts to improve processes.

Responsibilities

• Own hiring end to end for roles across functions.
• Co-create job descriptions and scorecards with hiring managers.
• Build talent pipelines and run outbound campaigns.
• Deliver fast, honest candidate experiences and manage the candidate journey.
