Job summary

Joko is seeking a security-focused IT Operations lead to own the company’s identity, device, and endpoint security foundations. You will automate access management, deploy an enterprise-grade MDM, and implement AI security policies to keep a fast-growing, AI-driven company safe.

Qualifications

• Solid IT fundamentals: identities, device management, and endpoint security.
• 4–7 years in IT Ops, security, or systems administration.
• Strong cross-functional communication and ability to translate security stakes.
• Autonomy, rigor, and the ability to build durable processes.

Responsibilities

• Set up an Identity Provider (SSO) and SCIM for access lifecycle management; manage password manager and MFA activation.
• Make access zero-touch by integrating tools with the Identity Provider; build automation (SSO, SCIM, low-code workflows).
• Deploy an MDM solution for centralized device management and lifecycle across the fleet.
• Review tooling catalog; ensure minimum access and up-to-date security audits.
• Own security of the working environment including endpoint hardening and ongoing awareness training.
