Bikini Hotel Es Trenc in Colònia de Sant Jordi on Mallorca’s south coast seeks a Front Office team member to welcome guests and handle reservations, and perform general administrative tasks with professionalism and warmth.

You will work closely with housekeeping and F&B, manage phone and email inquiries promptly, and help keep the reception and boutique area neat and presentable, contributing to a relaxed, vibrant guest experience through strong English and teamwork.

Formación

• Knowledge of front office and reservation tasks.
• Good level of English; other languages valuable.
• Previous experience in the same position.
• Ability to work under pressure and in a dynamic environment.
• Creativity, proactivity and attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Greet and assist guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Perform general administrative tasks as needed.
• Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and inquiries promptly and efficiently.
• Work in coordination with housekeeping and F&B team.
• Ensure the reception and boutique area remains clean and presentable at all times.
