Rent Top Apartments in Barcelona is seeking a Reservations & Guest Services Agent who will manage reservations, respond to guest inquiries, and support property management across short-term and mid-term rentals. The role emphasizes hospitality, organization, and proactive problem-solving.

You will coordinate check-ins, assist owners and tenants, and collaborate with operations to deliver a seamless experience. Weekend remote work is included and opportunities for growth are offered.

Formación

• High level of English, both written and spoken.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Experience in tourism, hospitality, customer service, or property management.
• Based in or near Barcelona.
• Familiarity with KrossBooking (PMS) is valued.
• Able to work independently and make day-to-day decisions.
• Good problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.

Responsabilidades

• Manage reservations and guest services for both short-term and mid-term properties.
• Answer guest inquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and booking platforms.
• Coordinate check-ins/outs and verify guest documentation.
• Provide arrival instructions and appliance usage guidance.
• Arrange add-on services (parking, early check-in, late check-out).
• Coordinate with operations to resolve guest issues promptly.
• Oversee property inspections and coordinate maintenance with contractors.
• Support owner relations and day-to-day property management tasks.
