SLS Barcelona is seeking a Guest Experience intern to support the team under the Guest Experience Manager. You will deliver friendly, responsive service from arrival to departure and help guests with information about the hotel and the city.

You will greet guests, handle requests, and stay proactive in anticipating needs while maintaining a positive, energetic attitude aligned with SLS’s brand values. This role offers hands-on experience in a luxury hotel environment.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in hospitality or a related field.
• Possibility to sign an agreement with your school for about 6 months.
• Understanding, celebrating, and embracing the SLS brand values.

Responsabilités

• Greet and assist guests in a warm, courteous, and professional manner.
• Inform guests about facilities, activities, restaurants and bars.
• Handle guest complaints and inquiries promptly with empathy and resolve issues.
• Know events and activities in the hotel and provide local recommendations.
• Record guest preferences and manage their messages and requests.
• Report issues to the correct department and ensure follow-up.
