Soho House Ibiza is seeking an experienced Floor Manager to champion service and brand standards. You will lead day-to-day operations of the club, oversee events, and ensure memorable member and guest experiences while collaborating with kitchen and front-of-house teams.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in a busy hospitality venue, fluent in English and Spanish, strong attention to detail, and proven ability to manage F&B operations. Proficiency with Opera, Micros, and Adaco is a plus.

• 3–5 years in a busy hospitality venue in floor management
• Fluent in English and Spanish
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational abilities
• Experience managing F&B operations and events is a plus

Responsabilidades

• Oversee day-to-day club operations and events
• Ensure high member/guest experience and resolve issues promptly
• Coordinate and supervise POS system operations and updates
• Ensure staff grooming and uniforms meet company standards
• Provide training on core values, roles, and service standards
• Collaborate with other departments to keep operations efficient
• Support staff with tasks, documents, and information distribution
• Maintain appearance and safety standards across the club
