Soho Farmhouse Ibiza is seeking a Night Guest Services team member to warmly welcome members, manage check-ins, assist with concierge requests, and handle payments and folios. You will contribute to a high‑standard hospitality experience across hotel rooms, gym, spa and dining spaces on the White Island.

Ideal candidates have up to 2 years’ experience in a fast-paced, high-profile venue, with strong customer service and language skills in English and Spanish.

Responsabilidades

• Welcome members by name and greet guests in a warm Soho House manner.
• Handle payments, folios, disputes, and billing queries; manage cash at shift end.
• Provide concierge duties: bookings for cars, shows, restaurants, spa, etc.
• Answer emails and inquiries; update guest profiles and room information.
• Coordinate with departments to keep operations smooth and guest satisfaction high.

The role…

We are seeking an experiencedNight guest services to join our team atSoho FarmhouseIbiza. The Night guest services assist with checking members in to the property and hotel guests into their room as well as streamline various inquiries, risks and other matters that arise. The Night guest services is responsible for receiving payments and balancing cash at end of a shift. You will be well-versed with the property layout, briefed on special offers (when applicable), restaurant/F&B options and other amenities but not limited to gym, spa and shared workspace.

A successful Night guest services is hospitable by nature, pro-active, capable multi-tasker as well as level-headed, professional in demanding and fast paced environments.

• Ensure every member is welcomed by their name and guest is welcomed with open arm and in a hospitable manner: the Soho House way is warm and friendly.
• Responsible for shift breakdown and financial / accounting related inquiries (i.e. sending folios, fielding disputes, billing, receipts, refund requests) as well as walkout retrievals and keep all lost credit cards in safe
• Primary point of initial contact for members, guests and staff and must ensure all visitors are welcomed with open arms and provided with top-notch service from the moment they enter a Soho House & Co property
• Expert in performing all concierge duties as required including, but not limited to; booking cars, tickets to shows, restaurant reservations, spa reservations, etc.
• Answer incoming emails and inquires via various digital portals members and guests have access to as well as printing/scanning documents for members and guests joining us in rooms (hotel)
• Knows the type of rooms available as well as their location and layout
• Responsible for knowing any updates regarding hours of operation, reservation restrictions and matters that will result in change of workflow by communicating with all departments daily
• Delegate support for members and guests to valet and luggage storage to the bell attendant and/or butler.
• Understands the hotel's policy on guaranteed reservations and no-shows and communicates information to guests
• Prepares expected arrival list for front office use
• Updates member and guests’ profiles
• To be aware of all front office procedures
• Willing to undertake any reasonable request made by management in any other areas of the house
• Build a positive relationships with members and guest.
• Communicate and red flag any feedback to the management team.
• Influence a fun and positive atmosphere by being approachable and professional.
• Well- versed on standard operating procedures, menus, amenities and pricing.

A successful Night Guest Services for Soho Farmhouse Ibiza will ideally have up to 2 years’ experience in a busy high-profile venue and a natural flair for first class service. You’ll be reliable, friendly and happy to be a key part of the team that strives for success.

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to seize, grasp, turn and hold objects by hand
• Able to work on your feet for at least 8 hours
• Occasionally kneel, bend, crouch and climb as required
