Soho House Farmhouse Ibiza is seeking an Assistant Club Manager to lead daily operations, guest services, and team performance in a high-volume venue. You will work closely with the Club Manager to uphold Soho House standards, oversee events, and ensure an exceptional member and guest experience.

You should bring experience in hospitality management, a solid grasp of restaurant systems (OpenTable and Micros), and fluency in Spanish and English to effectively lead diverse staff and guests in

Formación

• Previous experience as an Assistant Food & Beverage Manager or similar role within a hotel or high-volume restaurant.
• Proficiency in restaurant management systems such as OpenTable and Micros.
• Professional proficiency in both Spanish and English is required.

Responsabilidades

• Work hand in hand with Club Manager and promote Soho House concept to achieve high member and guest satisfaction.
• Be visible on the floor, engage with members, gather feedback, and report to kitchen and front of house teams.
• Lead by example with a hands-on approach, manage daily staff briefings and duties, and ensure quality standards.
• Coordinate tasks with other departments to run the department efficiently and ensure paperwork is organized.
• Manage and operate the POS system and keep item updates current.
• Ensure proper uniform, grooming, and adherence to company standards across the team.
