Soho House & Co in Ibiza is seeking a dynamic Members Events Programming Manager to curate and manage the Members Events programme for Soho Farmhouse Ibiza. The role involves designing and delivering 30-40 unique monthly events across the region, leveraging a network of contacts and internal teams to ensure high standards.

The position requires exceptional creativity, strong organisational and communication skills, experience in cultural events, and fluency in English and Spanish.

Formación

• Proven creativity, operational and management abilities.
• Strong organisation, problem-solving and communication skills.
• Experience in events programming and curating within the cultural industries.
• Office suite experience (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Flexible to work evenings and weekends as required.
• Fluent English and Spanish.

Responsabilidades

• Design, plan and execute 30-40 monthly Members Events across the region.
• Keep the Members Events calendar varied and appealing for Local and Every House members.
• Collaborate with membership, partnerships, content and operations teams across Houses.
• Prepare timelines, copy and photos for advertising events to members.
• Manage budgets and supplier relationships for events, including large-scale occasions.
