Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Principal Technical Business Developer in Europe, Middle East and Africa to drive GenAI go-to-market strategies and enterprise AI deployments. You will engage with C-level executives, shape transformation roadmaps and lead industry-specific value propositions across multiple sectors.

You will collaborate with partner teams, professional services and prototyping squads to deliver scalable AI solutions and sales plays, accelerating customer success in a dynamic AWS GenAI

Qualifications

• Experience developing strategies influencing leadership decisions at organizational level
• Experience in developing, negotiating and executing business agreements
• Experience in Go-To-Market, Business Development, Sales, or Consulting
• Experience with Data & AI technologies (AI/ML, GenAI, Analytics, Database, Storage)
• Experience selling to Fortune 1000 or Global 2000 organizations
• Experience negotiating with C-level executives and internal stakeholders on large deals
• Proven track record moving organizations from experimentation to wider AI deployment
• Vertical AI use case knowledge in Manufacturing, Financial Services, Retail, Healthcare/Lifesciences, Travel & Hospitality

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic planning and execution of go-to-market strategies for GenAI inference and Agentic AI workloads
• Collaborate with partners, professional services and prototyping teams to build AI solutions
• Engage with C-level executives to shape AI transformation roadmaps
• Develop industry-specific value propositions and use cases for AI deployments
• Guide customers from GenAI experimentation to production deployment
• Create GenAI sales plays and enablement materials
• Partner with service teams to influence AWS AI service strategy and roadmaps
