You will design workflows, implement AI-powered automations, and lead the team to execute high-impact initiatives that drive revenue growth.

You come from a digital marketing or agency background, have built scalable processes, and think strategically without waiting for instructions.

Responsabilidades

• Own four areas: Brand growth, Systems & internal infrastructure, Marketing initiatives, Brand & visibility; design strategy and drive to completion.
• Design operating systems, workflows, dashboards, and handoffs; implement AI-powered automations used by the team.
• Turn CEO ideas into scoped, resourced campaigns; test channels, manage vendors and freelancers; report on impact.
