Join us as Digital Growth Manager at Align Technology. As the Digital Growth Manager, you will play a pivotal role in building Align’s next-generation digital go-to-market strategy powered by AI tools and innovative business models. This position focuses on Diagnostics SaaS offerings, with the aim of building a scalable, data-driven marketing engine that accelerates growth across multiple business lines.

Responsibilities

• Architect and execute digital go-to-market strategies leveraging AI‑driven tools and automation.
• Lead performance marketing programs across paid media, content, and digital channels to maximize lead generation and conversion.
• Develop and optimize top‑of‑funnel campaigns and digital assets that fuel customer acquisition and engagement.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with Product Marketing, Sales, and Commercial teams to align messaging and accelerate adoption.
• Drive innovation by integrating advanced analytics, personalization, and predictive modeling into marketing workflows.
• Monitor and optimize KPIs including lead volume, conversion rates, brand recognition, and ROI.
• Champion best practices for digital marketing and performance optimization across regions.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, or growth marketing.
• Proven expertise in media strategy, content creation, and marketing automation.
• High familiarity with AI‑driven marketing tools and data analytics platforms.
