TripleTen is hiring a hands-on Project Manager for AI Transformation to optimize our content production and growth marketing operations. You will design, prototype, and scale AI-assisted workflows to eliminate operational bottlenecks and accelerate how we bring growth funnels to market.

This is an execution-focused role bridging creative teams, automation tools, and rapid pipeline execution. We are looking for an execution-focused professional who can actively build and prototype workflows

Formación

• 3+ years in project/operations/growth operations with high-volume delivery pipelines.
• Ability to independently build, test, and deploy complex workflow automations using no-code tools.
• Experience applying prompts and structuring AI workflows with foundational models.
• Proven track record re-engineering manual workflows into lean, repeatable processes.
• Comfort operating without predefined blueprints and balancing speed with quality.
• Strong cross-functional communication aligning creative and analytical teams.
• Full professional proficiency in English, written and spoken.

Responsabilidades

• Design, prototype, and scale end-to-end AI-assisted workflows for content production and localization.
• Configure and maintain growth funnel operations using Lovable, Typeform, and ManyChat.
• Deploy AI pipelines across CRM, creative generation, messaging, and asset production.
• Coordinate schedules and dependencies across Copy, Design, CRM, and Growth teams.
• Audit and simplify legacy workflows into lean, repeatable steps.
• Evaluate and manage no-code tool ecosystem and external vendors.
• Establish operational metrics and reporting to track pipeline velocity and gains.
