The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of relevant experience and is skilled in building complex workflows without predefined guidelines. The position offers competitive compensation and a fully remote work environment.

Formación

• 3+ years of experience in project management, operations, or growth operations.
• Ability to build, test, and deploy complex no-code automation workflows.
• Proficiency in engineering prompts for practical AI applications.
• Skill in re-engineering manual workflows into streamlined processes.
• Ability to operate without predefined blueprints while balancing speed and quality.
• Strong communication skills to align creative and analytical teams.
• Full professional proficiency in English.

Responsabilidades

• Architect, prototype, and scale end-to-end AI-assisted workflows.
• Configure and maintain interactive growth funnels for operations.
• Launch and optimize AI pipelines across various systems and channels.
• Coordinate schedules and manage dependencies across teams.
• Simplify complex manual processes into repeatable steps.
• Evaluate and manage platforms and vendors in the operational ecosystem.
• Establish metrics and reporting to track efficiency gains.
