Fever is seeking a Business Operations Manager in Madrid to design, implement, and optimize processes across our global network. You will collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Data teams, turning strategy into actionable playbooks and measurable outcomes in a hybrid work setting.

You bring a STEM Master’s degree and 5+ years in strategy/operations with strong process design and automation skills. Proficiency with AI tools and automation platforms will help accelerate execution and drive

Formación

• Master's degree in STEM fields is required.
• 5+ years in strategy/operations consulting, supply chain, media operations, or production management.
• Strong process design, optimization and workflow automation experience.
• Comfortable working with data and defining KPIs to measure performance.
• Hands-on mindset to move from strategy to execution quickly.
• Experience with automation tools (Zapier/Make/Notion/Airtable) is a strong plus.
• Familiarity with AI tools and their application for operational efficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Design, implement, and continuously improve operational workflows across SMN.
• Identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and translate them into scalable processes.
• Standardize ways of working for consistency across regions: North America, Europe, APAC, Latam.
• Lead AI automation and tooling initiatives with Tech/Data teams.
• Partner with Marketing, Product, Data, and Local teams to align ops with business needs.
