Appinio is a global market research company with an AI-powered insights platform and consultancy. This fully remote Growth Marketing Manager role focuses on Spain, building a pipeline by ABM, events and outreach, coordinating with Marketing and Sales to convert opportunities.

You will adapt global campaigns to the Spanish market, map key stakeholders, reactivate dormant accounts, and track pipeline to improve commercial discipline while enjoying flexibility and remote work.

Formación

• 4–7 years of experience in B2B commercial activation, field marketing, demand generation, ABM or consultative agency environments.
• Strong ability to connect dots and combine execution with creative thinking.
• Experience with Account-Based Marketing, events and targeted outreach to open doors at priority accounts.
• Collaborates closely with Sales to drive pipeline.

Responsabilidades

• Build target account lists, map key stakeholders and support Account‑Based Marketing initiatives together with Sales.
• Drive commercial activation around owned and third‑party events, from pre‑event outreach to post‑event follow‑up and opportunity creation.
• Reactivate dormant or underdeveloped accounts to unlock new business potential.
• Design outbound sequences, commercial angles and follow‑up campaigns for priority accounts and industries.
• Adapt global Marketing initiatives to the Spanish market and connect them with local commercial priorities.
• Track meetings, opportunities and pipeline generated through events and marketing‑led activities.
• Improve commercial discipline and pipeline visibility across these initiatives.
