Jobgether is seeking a Growth Marketing Specialist based in Spain to lead demand-generation across paid, owned, and community channels. You will build, launch and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, LinkedIn Ads, email, webinars, events and community platforms.

This hands-on role emphasizes execution, daily optimization and data-driven improvements in a fast-moving SaaS environment. You will own end-to-end campaign performance, collaborate with Growth Marketing and Marketing

Formación

• 3+ years hands-on experience building and optimizing paid marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, LinkedIn Ads).
• Experience with email marketing, nurture sequences, webinars, events or community marketing.
• Able to execute campaigns directly in marketing platforms and not rely solely on external teams.
• Strong analytical skills to identify trends, issues and opportunities and act on them.

Responsabilidades

• Execute demand-gen campaigns end-to-end across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, LinkedIn Ads, email, webinars, events and community channels.
• Own campaign builds, launches, daily management, optimization and performance improvements across channels.
• Coordinate timelines with Growth Marketing Manager and broader team.
• Monitor performance daily, analyze data and identify risks and opportunities.
• Develop email campaigns and nurture sequences to convert event engagement into pipeline.
• Ensure campaigns are properly configured, automated, integrated and tracked end-to-end.
• Research industry trends and translate insights into improvements.
• Test new approaches and channels based on data and priorities.
• Maintain high execution quality across campaigns.
