deskbird is seeking high-velocity outbound sales talents to drive pipeline for the US market from our Barcelona hub. You will collaborate with Demand Generation and Sales to target high-value accounts and craft messaging that converts rather than just leads.

This hybrid role prioritizes performance, decisiveness, and a bias for action. You will join a founder-led, fast-moving team focused on cross-border expansion across Europe and the US, with generous leave, development budgets, and co-working

Formación

• Native English language required; additional languages a bonus.

Responsabilidades

• Execute outbound strategies across the US market (calls, email, LinkedIn).
• Identify and break into high-value accounts with tailored messaging.
• Create pipeline that converts, not just volume on dashboards.
• Partner with AEs on account strategy to win deals, not just pass leads.
• Experiment with messaging, channels, and approaches to improve performance.
• Help shape outbound strategies as we scale deskbird.
