Job summary

TheFork in Barcelona is seeking a Senior Growth Analyst on a six‑month maternity cover to lead data‑driven initiatives across Media and Loyalty, translating complex data into actionable insights that optimize CAC, LTV, and revenue.

You will partner with local marketing, Data, and Engineering to build dashboards, assess channel performance, run A/B tests, and explore AI‑assisted automation to boost productivity and growth. Fluency in English is essential; French a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a quantitative field (business analytics, statistics, economics, engineering or similar).
• 3–5 years of analytics experience, preferably in growth or marketing analytics within a digital company.
• Strong SQL skills; Python is a plus.
• Hands-on experience with BI tools (PowerBI) and tracking platforms (AppsFlyer).
• Solid understanding of digital marketing levers and attribution concepts.
• Ability to translate complex analyses into clear, actionable recommendations for non-technical audiences.
• Autonomous, rigorous, curious, and with a sense of ownership.
• Fluent in English; French is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Business & Growth Performance Monitoring: build and maintain dashboards and reports tracking KPIs such as acquisition, activation, retention, bookings, CAC, LTV, ROAS/ROI.
• Advanced Analyses & Decision Support: analyze channel efficiency, loyalty program performance, and run A/B tests to measure impact.
• Experimentation: design, execute, and analyze experiments to measure marketing initiatives.
• Boosting Productivity & AI/Automation: leverage AI tools to automate data workflows and alerting.
