Qualifications

• Advanced proficiency in spoken and written Greek and English.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a technical/engineering field.
• Interest in computing technologies, hardware, OS, software, networking.
• Analytical, organizational and troubleshooting abilities.
• Self-motivated with ability to operate with minimal direction.
• Demonstrated motivation for knowledge and learning.
• Typically 1 year of work experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical presales guidance for HP Personal Systems offerings.
• Respond to and track technical questions from internal or external requestors.
• Present advantages of HP Personal Systems products and solutions.
• Assist sales in responding to customers’ RFIs/RFPs/RFQs.
• Support sales opportunities with in‑depth technical understanding.
• Provide updates on technical and environmental regulations.
• Deliver trainings to other departments about Personal Systems products and solutions.
• Manage technical escalations and proactive updates to sales teams.
• Collaborate with technical resources within Presales and Worldwide divisions.
• Maintain high service quality and total customer experience (TCE).
• Ensure competitive and appropriate technical competence.
