Revelyst – Adventure Sports Group Europe is seeking a meticulous Credit Controller to manage European dealer ledgers, monitor credit and debt, support order releases, and maintain accurate customer information. The role works with Customer Services, Sales and the Credit Control team to resolve issues and ensure robust credit control processes.

Key tasks include assessing risk, processing new accounts, and generating reports on debt and orders.

Formación

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Credit Control.
• Excellent English is required.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Responsabilidades

• Manage assigned European dealer sales ledgers.
• Assess risk and authorize up to 10k credit on new account applications.
• Process new account applications and assign credit limits.
• Review customer accounts to determine whether orders can be released.
• Maintain dealer data and account notes in SAP.
• Send dealer statements and copy invoices on request.
• Chase outstanding debt by phone or email.
• Monitor and authorize release of daily orders.
• Provide monthly overdue debt reports and weekly order updates.
• Monitor legal action in line with procedures.
• Keep the Credit Manager informed of issues.

Credit Controller

Revelyst – Adventure Sports Group Europe is a fast-growing action sports company that prides itself on attracting passionate and talented individuals. We are looking for a driven, focused and detail-oriented Credit Controller to join our team.

The Credit Controller will be responsible for managing assigned European dealer sales ledgers, monitoring credit and debt, supporting order releases and maintaining accurate customer account information. This role will work closely with Customer Services, Sales and the Credit Control team to resolve account issues and ensure effective credit control processes.

The main tasks of the position are:

Credit Control & Account Management

• Manage assigned European dealer sales ledgers


• Assess risk and authorize up to 10k credit on new account applications


• Process new account applications and assign credit limits


• Review customer accounts on an ongoing basis to determine whether orders outside credit terms can be released


• Maintain dealer data and account notes in SAP


• Send dealer statements and copy invoices when requested

Debt Collection & Order Management

• Chase outstanding debt by telephone or email


• Monitor and authorize the release of daily orders


• Provide monthly reports on overdue debt


• Provide weekly updates on orders held


• Monitor legal action in line with department procedures


• Keep the Credit Manager informed of relevant account issues

Cash & Payment Processing

• Process daily cash posting and allocation


• Process credit card transactions


• Process SEPA direct debit runs


• Issue daily receipts reports


• Reconcile dealer accounts when required

Sales & Customer Support

• Liaise with Customer Services and Sales teams to resolve account issues


• Provide Sales with feedback on credit limits, payment terms and payment history before the pre-book season


• Support Sales with relevant customer account information

Position requirements:

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Credit Control


• Excellent English is required


• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
