Revolut is seeking high-potential graduates to join its Graduate Sales Programme. You will engage with real clients, complete a bootcamp with workshops and training, and then work in an international team to drive growth in Revolut Business offerings.

You'll learn solution‑based selling, build a strong pipeline, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional customer value while developing your commercial and communication skills.

Formación

• Fluency in English and Slovenian required.
• Excellent communication skills over the phone and on calls.
• Ambition to start a career in a fast-paced sales environment.
• Graduation year 2024, 2025 or 2026 required.

Responsabilidades

• Outreach to prospects across multiple touchpoints and channels, with emphasis on cold calls.
• Develop and execute a robust lead-sourcing strategy identifying key verticals.
• Build and manage your own pipeline from prospecting to closing and account management.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure a smooth customer experience from start to usage.
