Revolut is recruiting for its Sales Graduate Programme to launch your career in fintech sales within a high-performing, international team. You’ll play a key role in delivering cutting-edge financial solutions to customers and building important relationships.

Fluency in English and Greek.
University degree expected graduation 2024–2026.
Excellent communication skills and articulation over the phone.

Responsabilidades

Outreaching prospects across multiple touch points, with emphasis on cold-calling.
Developing and executing a robust lead-sourcing strategy and maintaining activity.
Building and managing your own pipeline from prospecting to closing and upsell opportunities.
Liaising customer relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure a smooth experience.
Balancing time between prospecting, closing, and upsell activities.
Using solution-based selling to understand customer needs and communicate value.
Becoming a product expert on Revolut Business and its solutions with case studies.
