Revolut is seeking graduates to join its Graduate Sales Programme, a fast-track, international team that drives customer growth worldwide. You will start with a bootcamp, workshops, and hands-on training, then work with real clients to develop your sales skills and relationships.

You’ll be mentored through a structured programme, becoming a product expert on Revolut Business and its value propositions, supported by a high-performing sales culture and global opportunities.

Formación

• Fluency in English.
• Fluency in Hungarian.
• To have graduated from university in 2025 or 2026.
• Excellent communication skills and articulation over the phone.
• A drive to launch a career in a high-performing sales culture.
• An interest in the financial industry.

Responsabilidades

• Outreaching prospects across multiple touch points and channels, with an emphasis on cold-calling.
• Developing and executing a robust lead-sourcing strategy by identifying key verticals, diversifying your prospects base, and maintaining consistent activity levels.
• Building and managing your own pipeline, from prospecting to closing and account management, maximising adoption and upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
• Liaising customer relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure a smooth experience, from getting started to daily usage.
• Being autonomous to effectively balance your time (prospect vs. close vs. upsell), activate internal resources and engage your team.
• Using solution-based selling to understand customer needs and communicate the value proposition.
