Revolut is seeking graduates to join a global Graduate Sales Programme designed to launch careers in fintech sales. You will start with a focused bootcamp, workshops, and hands-on training to sharpen commercial and communication skills.

You’ll later work with real clients, build a pipeline, and drive growth across channels with mentorship, aiming to grow into an Account Executive role. You’ll join an international team, gain frontline experience, and contribute to revolut business solutions

Formación

Fluency in English and German.
Graduated from university in 2025 or 2026.
Excellent communication skills over the phone.
Interest in the financial industry.
Nice to have internship or experience in fast-paced environments.

Responsabilidades

Outreaching prospects across multiple touch points and channels, with emphasis on cold-calling.
Developing and executing a robust lead-sourcing strategy and maintaining activity.
Building and managing your pipeline from prospecting to closing and upsell opportunities.
Liaising with internal stakeholders to ensure a smooth customer experience from start to daily usage.
Be autonomous to balance prospecting, closing, and engagement with internal teams.
Using solution-based selling to understand needs and communicate value.
Become a product expert on Revolut Business and its solutions with supporting case studies.
