Formación

• Fluency in English and Slovenian is required.
• Recent university graduate; graduated in 2024, 2025 or 2026.
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive, sales-driven mindset.

Responsabilidades

• Outreaching prospects across multiple touch points and channels, with an emphasis on cold‑calling
• Developing and executing a robust lead‑sourcing strategy by identifying key verticals and diversifying your prospects base
• Building and managing your own pipeline from prospecting to closing and account management
• Liaising customer relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure a smooth experience
• Being autonomous to balance time between prospecting, closing and upsell, and activating internal resources
• Using solution‑based selling to understand customer needs and communicate the value proposition
• Becoming a product expert on Revolut Business and its solutions with compelling case studies
