Blu Selection is hiring for a General Manager Spain to launch and scale our local transport and logistics operations in Madrid/Barcelona. You will own the ground-up setup, drive market entry, and build a regional team to deliver last‑mile services for major clients.

Lead end-to-end operations, manage P&L and KPIs, and establish partnerships with regional brands and e‑commerce players while reporting to executive leadership during an intensive onboarding phase.

Formación

• 3–5 years of leadership in logistics/transport.
• Proven ability to launch operations in new markets.
• Fluent Spanish; English or German a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Launch, scale, and manage local transport and logistics operations from the ground up.
• Identify, prospect, and close business with local brands and e-commerce partners.
• Hire and lead the operational core team, including Daily Operations Managers, sales, and admin staff.
• Oversee P&L, service quality, route efficiency, and delivery KPIs across last‑mile activities.
• Build strong local network connections with key commercial stakeholders in Spain.
• Collaborate with executive leadership during a 45‑day onboarding to align strategy.
