Blu Selection is seeking a General Manager Spain to launch and scale local transport and logistics operations from the ground up in Madrid/Barcelona. You will report to executive leadership and drive market entry by establishing a solid footprint and creating commercial partnerships with regional and e‑commerce brands.

You will oversee day-to-day operations, hire and lead the core team, manage performance KPIs, and travel as needed to align operations with strategic goals.

Formación

• 3–5 years of leadership or management experience in logistics/transport

Responsabilidades

• Launch and scale local transport and logistics operations in Spain
• Lead a team of 30–50 drivers/routes within 6 months
• Hire and guide daily operations managers, sales, and admin staff
• Manage P&L, service quality, route efficiency and delivery KPIs
• Build local network with Spain-based commercial stakeholders
• Collaborate with executive leadership during onboarding to align strategy
