Job summary

RigPro, Future Fibres and NTG Mast Group seek a Sales Manager to represent our rigging and marine services across the yachting industry. You will build relationships with captains, crew, yacht managers, and shipyards at marinas, regattas, and boat shows.

Fluency in English, a proven sales track record, and willingness to travel extensively are essential as you drive new business and growth for our global brands.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in sales, business development, or account management.
• Strong, established network within the marine/maritime sector.
• Direct experience engaging with captains, crew, yacht managers, and shipyards.
• Demonstrated ability to identify opportunities and convert them into revenue.
• Outstanding communication, networking, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated, autonomous worker willing and flexible to travel extensively.
• Fluency in English.
• Background in rigging, professional sailing, composites, marine services, or yacht refits.

Responsibilities

• Identify, cultivate, and secure revenue opportunities across RigPro and Future Fibres products and services.
• Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline.
• Act as a trusted advisor to captains, yacht managers, shipyards, and crew.
• Conduct regular site visits, attend industry events, and drive customer satisfaction and retention.
• Represent both brands across major yachting hubs, boat shows, and regattas.
• Prepare quotations and commercial proposals with operational and technical teams.
