Job summary

RigPro is seeking a Senior Service Engineer to lead the engineering department for world-class racing yachts and superyachts. You will oversee engineers, develop design solutions, and engage with clients to deliver premium service.

Required are a university degree in engineering, 8+ years in composite and mechanical design, and proficiency in SolidWorks/AutoCAD with VBA/Python. Teleworking options are available depending on role.

Qualifications

• University degree in Engineering is required.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in composite and mechanical design engineering.
• Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day activities of service engineers and trainees.
• Plan workloads for RigPro engineering resources to meet production requirements.
• Develop engineering design solutions for service projects and assist design team with QA.
