Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Designer to lead project management across diverse portfolios, handling client engagement, scheduling, and budgeting, and producing strategic proposals and planning applications for stakeholders.

You will interpret and apply global design guidelines to deliver bespoke workplace environments across the EMEA region, transforming commercial offices into high‑performance assets that support talent attraction and retention.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master's degree in Architecture, Design, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience delivering workplace strategy and design in multinational companies.
• Proficient with AutoCAD, Revit, and other design software; capable of utilizing AI in design.
• Strong relationship-building and critical thinking to translate business needs into solutions.
