Docplanner is seeking a Global Web Project Manager to drive growth and optimize performance across its multinational web ecosystem. You will own CRO initiatives, conversion funnels, and lead-generation KPIs across markets and languages.

Work with cross-functional teams to plan, prioritize, and deliver web initiatives, combining hands-on optimization with strategic roadmap development. A data-driven, collaboration-focused professional will thrive in this role.

Formación

• 3+ years of web management experience in a B2B or SaaS environment.
• Strong CRO and lead generation knowledge.
• Experience with website analytics tools (GA4, GSC, VWO).
• Familiarity with CMS platforms, preferably HubSpot.
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication.
• Ability to manage multi-market web initiatives.

Responsabilidades

• Own CRO initiatives and conversion funnels across markets.
• Plan and run A/B tests to optimize pages.
• Coordinate with Marketing, Web Developers, Web Designers, and Web Analyst.
• Lead end-to-end web projects from ideation to post-launch backlog.
• Analyze performance data and create optimization roadmaps.
