JD Logistics, the logistics arm of JD.com, is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor in Madrid to oversee cross-functional floor operations, including inbound receiving, inventory, picking, packing, and outbound dispatch. The role bridges local floor teams with the central HQ in China to ensure smooth, compliant operations.

You will lead shift teams, coordinate labor across departments, and enforce SOPs and safety standards as part of a 24/7 logistics network.

Formación

• Fluent in Mandarin, Spanish and English is mandatory.
• Proven operational experience supervising warehouse operations in fast-paced e-commerce fulfillment centers, 3PL hubs, or distribution networks.
• Strong hands-on experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), RF scanners and automated material handling.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise cross-functional daily warehouse floor operations during shifts.
• Directly lead shift Team Leaders and operators across all floor departments; manage real-time labor reallocation and bottlenecks.
• Enforce global SOPs on the floor and ensure health and safety protocols are followed (PRL).
• Provide real-time reporting and align with international HQ teams.
