JINGDONG Logistics busca un Supervisor de Almacén de Stock para nuestro centro en Castilla y León. Liderarás el control de inventario, conteos cíclicos y auditorías de calidad, asegurando la sincronización física y digital del stock bajo estándares de seguridad y trazabilidad.

El puesto requiere experiencia en ICQA, WMS y sistemas de reporte, además de fluidez en inglés y español para coordinar con equipos internacionales y supervisar al personal de piso.

Formación

• Experiencia en control de inventarios y conteo cíclico en entornos de alta demanda.
• Conocimiento práctico de WMS, escáneres RF y herramientas de reporte.
• Fluencia en inglés y español para coordinación internacional.

Responsabilidades

• Supervisar control diario de inventario, conteos cíclicos y auditoría de estanterías.
• Guiar a líderes de turno y personal de stock, gestionar incidencias y discrepancias.
• Garantizar cumplimiento de normativas y seguridad en almacén de alta densidad.

The Mission & Core Scope

The Mission: Supervise daily inventory control, cycle counting, and bin quality auditing operations, ensuring complete physical and digital stock synchronization across the fulfillment center.

The Scope: You will directly lead Inventory Control & Quality Assurance (ICQA) shift Team Leaders and stock specialists, managing cycle count schedules, resolving system-versus-slot discrepancies, and enforcing compliance with the Convenio Colectivo de Logística de Madrid.

Crucial Expectations & Performance Targets

To provide a clear understanding of the accountability required, the successful candidate will be evaluated on the following key metrics during the initial 6 to 12 months:

• Inventory Accuracy Execution: Manage shift operations to achieve and maintain top-tier physical and virtual stock accuracy metrics across high-density storage zones via structured, continuous cycle counts.
• Discrepancy & Root Cause Resolution: Rapidly investigate and resolve system stock blocks, missing items, or bin mismatches on the floor, eliminating inventory adjustments and preventing order short-picks.
• Floor Leadership & Safety: Oversee daily staff scheduling, shift handovers, and operator safety compliance, maintaining high team morale and strict adherence to high-bay aisle and MHE safety protocols (PRL).
• Storage Hygiene & Density Auditing: Establish routine floor audits to check bin hygiene, ensuring items are stowed correctly by operators to prevent physical product damage and optimize warehouse space utilization.

Position Requirements

• Inventory Control & High-Velocity Logistics Competence: Proven operational experience supervising inventory control (ICQA), stock auditing, or cycle counting teams within a high-volume e-commerce fulfillment center, 3PL hub, or retail distribution network.
• Systems & WMS Mastery: Deep, hands‑on experience utilizing Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), inventory tracking paths, RF barcode scanners, and advanced data reporting tools (e.g., "Microsoft Excel").
• Language Proficiency: Professional fluency in English and Spanish is mandatory to ensure clear operational alignment with international management and fluent direction of local floor staff.
• Operational Flexibility: High adaptability regarding shift rotations (including early mornings, late evenings, or weekend shifts) required to support a 24/7 infrastructure launch.
