Eurofirms Group | People first is seeking a Games Operation Assistant to lead strategy, partnerships, and user growth initiatives within our Games category in Spain. This on-site role in Madrid focuses on driving acquisition, engagement, monetization, and retention for AppGallery users.

You will own the Games Strategy for the Spanish market, build relationships with local partners, run Game Partner Operations, and coordinate campaigns with cross‑functional teams.

Formación

• 1+ years in the digital content industry, ideally mobile/gaming.
• Passionate about mobile games (RPG, SLG, MOBA, Battle Royale).
• Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal).
• Solid project management and coordination abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop.
• Detail-oriented and results-driven.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the Games Strategy for the Spanish market, including game sourcing and growth initiatives.
• Build and strengthen relationships with local partners for AppGallery users.
• Manage end-to-end Game Partner Operations and co-marketing campaigns.
• Act as main contact for partners on product adjustments with technical teams.
• Coordinate with Marketing, Retail, Legal and other departments to maximize visibility and compliance.
• Build and nurture a Games community through channels and key opinion leaders.
• Track and analyze game performance using a big data platform and suggest improvements.
• Define and meet ambitious KPIs for user acquisition, engagement, monetization and revenue.
