You will coordinate vessel calls, manage service requests, and ensure documentation accuracy while supporting commercial and operations teams.

Qualifications

• Degree in international trade, maritime studies, logistics or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in maritime or shipping industries.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Familiarity with port management systems and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate vessel calls and port services across multiple ports.
• Communicate with port authorities, clients, and internal teams.
• Maintain accurate reporting and KPI data for operations.
• Monitor local port traffic, cargo types and competitor activity.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure smooth operations.
