Rheinschrift is seeking a proactive vendor management professional to recruit multilingual talent for localization and data projects, building strong vendor networks.

You will collaborate with project managers, onboard freelance linguists, and help scale our international vendor base while keeping human-centered decisions.

Formación

• 3–5 years of experience in Vendor Management, Supply Chain Management, Recruitment or a related field.
• Fluency in English. Spanish, German or any additional languages would be an advantage.
• The right to work in Spain.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Empathy and cultural sensitivity, as you will work with colleagues and vendors from all over the world.
• A generalist mindset with an eye for detail: examine matters carefully without losing sight of the bigger picture.
• Strong technical aptitude: you learn new tools quickly and enjoy finding smarter ways to work.
• Reliability, initiative and a hands-on attitude in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilidades

• Recruit and onboard freelance linguists, interpreters, copywriters, voice talents, OCR/DTP specialists and multimedia vendors.
• Build linguistic teams for client accounts by working with Project Managers and Account Leads.
• Support and develop our global vendor network, maintaining relationships and updating our vendor database.
• Use our technology effectively and contribute ideas to improve Vendor Management processes.
• Help manage our data collection network and use data to inform decisions while remaining human-centered.
• Recommend suitable vendors to Project Managers or contact vendors directly to find the best solutions.
• Handle complex requests including sourcing, vendor negotiations, and escalations.
• Support Sales and Account Management with vendor profiles, market research and pricing input.
• Track and report activities to keep stakeholders informed.
