Acolad group in Madrid, Spain, is seeking an experienced Vendor Coordinator to build and manage a global network of localisation partners in the media and entertainment sector. Reporting to the Head of Strategic Procurement, you will identify, onboard and evaluate vendors, negotiate rates and ensure data and legal documentation are up to date, while supporting Production teams.

The role requires at least 3 years in vendor management within localisation and strong knowledge of subtitling,

Formación

• 3+ years vendor management experience in localization/media
• Experience with subtitling, dubbing and AI localisation
• Excellent communication and organisational skills

Responsabilidades

• Lead search, selection and recruitment of freelance and agency vendors globally
• Build and maintain strong relationships with external vendors
• Coordinate vendor testing, evaluation and feedback
• Collect and negotiate rates, rate cards and project-specific quotes
• Ensure vendor data and legal documentation are accurate and up to date
• Monitor vendor performance and provide regular reporting
• Support Production teams on projects as localisation SME
• Mentor and develop new team members
• Stay up to date with developments across media, entertainment, technology and localisation
