Rheinschrift busca un Vendor Manager para reclutar y gestionar proveedores multilingües para proyectos de localización, multimedia y recopilación de datos. Coordinará con los equipos de Producción y PMs para ensamblar equipos fiables y de alto rendimiento para clientes.

Se espera experiencia previa en Vendor Management y un enfoque centrado en personas, con habilidades de negociación y desarrollo de redes globales.

Formación

• 3–5 años de experiencia en Vendor Management, Supply Chain Management, Recruitment o campo relacionado.
• Fluidez en inglés; español, alemán u otros idiomas son una ventaja.
• El derecho a trabajar en España.
• Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y colaboración.
• Empatía y sensibilidad cultural para trabajar con colegas y proveedores de todo el mundo.

Responsabilidades

• Reclutar y onboardear freelancers, lingüistas, interpretes, copywriters y proveedores multimedia.
• Formar equipos lingüísticos para cuentas de clientes y colaborar con PMs y Account Leads.
• Soportar y desarrollar la red global de proveedores y mantener la base de datos actualizada.
• Usar la tecnología existente y proponer mejoras en los procesos de Vendor Management.
• Desarrollar estrategias de sourcing para ampliar la red de recopilación de datos.
• Gestionar la red de recopilación de datos y dirigir decisiones basadas en datos.
• Apoyar asignaciones de proyectos recomendando proveedores a PMs o contactando proveedores directamente.
• Manejar solicitudes complejas, negociaciones y nuevas iniciativas de reclutamiento.
• Apoyar ventas y gestión de cuentas creando perfiles de proveedores y realizando market research.
• Rastrear y reportar actividades manteniendo informados a los interesados.

Vendor Manager (m/f/x)

Location: Jerez de la Frontera, Spain

Your mission

Proactively recruit, onboard and nurture outstanding multilingual talent for localization, multimedia and data collection projects.

You’ll be at the heart of our multilingual operations, connecting specialized vendors with Rheinschrift’s Production Teams and helping us build reliable, high-performing teams for our clients.

What you’ll do

• Recruit and onboard freelance linguists, interpreters, copywriters, voice talents, OCR/DTP specialists, multimedia vendors and subject-matter experts.
• Build linguistic teams for client accounts by working closely with our Project Managers and Account Leads to identify the right talent for each client’s specific needs.
• Support and develop our global vendor network, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring our vendor database remains accurate and up to date.
• Use our existing technology effectively and contribute ideas for continuously improving our Vendor Management processes.
• Develop creative sourcing strategies to expand our global data collection network. No two data collection projects are the same, so a cookie-cutter approach simply will not do.
• Help manage our growing data collection network, using data to inform decisions while maintaining a human-centred approach.
• Support project assignments by recommending suitable vendors to Project Managers or contacting vendors directly, always taking ownership of finding the best available solution.
• Handle complex requests, including specialized sourcing, vendor negotiations, strategic recruitment initiatives and escalations.
• Support our Sales and Account Management teams by creating compelling vendor profiles, conducting time-sensitive market research and providing input on pricing and feasibility.
• Track and report on your activities, proactively keeping relevant stakeholders informed of progress, challenges and outcomes.

What you bring

• Ideally, 3–5 years of experience in Vendor Management, Supply Chain Management, Recruitment or a related field. That said, we know talent when we see it. If your ambition and ability make up for what you may lack in experience, we would still be happy to hear from you.
• Fluency in English. Spanish, German or any additional languages would be an advantage.
• The right to work in Spain.
