Chubb’s Global Services team in Madrid is seeking a motivated individual for a 12-month fixed term contract. You will support account management tasks and assist with the preparation and delivery of policy documentation for renewals and new business, while learning how a global insurance business operates.

You will collaborate with Underwriters, Clients, Brokers, and internal teams to ensure high-quality work, contribute to projects, and help exceed service standards in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Supporting the issue of policy documentation in line with agreed service standards and corporate guidelines
• Working with Underwriters, Clients, Brokers, Chubb offices, and other external parties to help manage account-related queries
• Assisting with business development and client relationship activities
• Supporting Global Client Service Executives and Underwriters with account-related tasks
• Contributing to projects and improvements within the Global Services team
• Helping to ensure Chubb’s service standards are met and, where possible, exceeded
• Working in line with Chubb’s ethical and service standards
