The role focuses on driving process improvements across European operations and enhancing service delivery. The position requires keen attention to detail, strong multi-tasking, and the ability to adapt to changing environments while maintaining high accuracy in all tasks.

Responsabilidades

• Act as a trusted business partner and consultant, liaising with TPAs and ensuring policy compliance.
• Deliver excellent customer service by handling requests, resolving issues, and responding to inquiries across channels.
• Demonstrate active listening to understand needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Oversee portfolio administration tasks including booking premiums, issuing documents, and broker requests.
• Analyze data and trends to identify insights and drive operational efficiencies.
• Collect, analyze and interpret data to support decisions and present findings to stakeholders.
• Monitor service delivery effectiveness to meet or exceed standards and agreements.
• Maintain records per company policies.
• Identify opportunities for operational excellence and optimize resources.
• Troubleshoot issues, diagnose problems and implement solutions.
• Adapt to changing environments with strong multitasking and accuracy.
• Manage time to complete work and projects within deadlines.
• Support postroom and indexing activities and incident response processes.
