Dandy is transforming the dental industry and building the operating system for dental offices worldwide. We are hiring a Training Enablement Specialist to join our fast-growing Customer Training team.

This cross-functional role sits at onboarding, learning design, and change management to support our global expansion. You will combine existing training resources into clear outputs, drive high-quality onboarding, and translate product changes into trainer communications.

Formación

• 1–2+ years of experience in customer onboarding, adult learning, sales enablement, or fast-paced operations.
• Ability to execute daily operations and high-priority projects with pace.
• Experience mapping cross-functional inputs to structured workflows.
• Independent drive to push initiatives forward without constant hand-holding.

Responsabilidades

• Manage multiple parallel learning roadmaps with speed and accuracy.
• Improve training materials and deliver enablement sessions for a scaling international team.
• Own onboarding for new Trainers and shorten ramp times.
• Translate product updates into trainer communications to drive adoption.
• Turn tool and process changes into structured learning for day-to-day use.
• Maintain high-quality trainer experiences and strong operational outcomes.
• Build scalable coaching systems to develop Trainers at all career stages.
