Join Dandy as a Customer Experience Dental Lab Technician - Removables. You will leverage deep dental lab expertise to partner with clinicians on case designs, provide real-time technical support, and ensure top-tier outcomes and patient care through our digital tools.

We seek candidates with 3+ years in a dental tech role, 2+ years in 3Shape CAD/CAM (implant, crown & bridge), and fluent English for global collaboration. Prior customer-facing lab experience is a plus.

Formación

• 3+ years in a dental technician role.
• 2+ years in 3Shape CAD/CAM design (implant and crown & bridge).
• Deep understanding of digital dental workflows (implants, scan bodies, design practices).
• Ability to learn and navigate dental design platforms quickly.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with doctors in real-time to review and refine case designs and build confidence in our tools.
• Provide live clinical support via phone, chat and video to troubleshoot and guide workflows.
• Translate clinical feedback into production outcomes and liaise between doctors and lab teams.
