Otis is seeking a Total Rewards Lead for Iberia, Africa and Southeast Europe to shape compensation and benefits strategies across multiple countries. You will advise on programs, perform benchmarking, manage annual cycles and oversee mobility for international assignments while collaborating with global stakeholders.

The role requires interaction with senior leadership, strong project management, and the ability to work in an international, fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Expert knowledge of Compensation & Benefits concepts and techniques.
• Comfortable interacting with senior management.
• Ability to work under pressure with shifting priorities.
• Experience working in an international environment.
• Strong project management skills.
• Strong communication and business acumen.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsabilidades

• Provide consultation to leadership to develop Total Rewards policies and programs.
• Execute regional guidance, governance and strategic direction.
• Brief regional senior leadership on Total Rewards structures and market competitiveness.
• Advise on country and individual compensation and benefits packages.
• Conduct job grading, salary benchmarking and market analyses.
• Establish market competitive benefits and recognition programs.
• Support Total Rewards processes, audits, trainings and projects.
• Oversee annual cycles: merit reviews, benchmarking and budgets.
• Manage international assignments within mobility policy and governance.
• Oversee vendor relations for Total Rewards programs.
