Boehringer Ingelheim seeks a Senior Analyst, Workforce Time Management to join its global HR IT organization. You will work with HR stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable time management solutions and support evolution of our HR technology landscape.

You will apply expertise in time management processes and enterprise systems to drive digital transformation and continuous improvement for an international workforce.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in IT, HR or related field.
• Minimum 3 years as a System/Business Analyst or similar role in an enterprise setting.
• Strong analysis, requirements gathering and solution design abilities.
• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors Time Management and related tools.
• Experience in multinational HR organizations and agile delivery.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with HR stakeholders and business users to gather, analyze, and document requirements.
• Translate requirements into functional specs and system designs.
• Design, configure, and support workforce time management solutions and HR applications.
• Assess business needs and recommend process and system improvements.
• Support project deliveries, testing, and production deployments.
• Partner with vendors and IT teams to ensure successful delivery.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide functional support for ongoing operations.
• Contribute to global HR transformation initiatives and continuous improvement.
