Job summary

Sener Aerospace and Defence seeks a Tender Engineer to join the Tres Cantos work center, focusing on institutional tenders, bid preparation, and technical-commercial proposals for European space programs.

Qualifications

• Engineering/technical degree related to space, telecommunications, RF, electronics.
• Experience or strong interest in tender engineering, bid management, or proposal preparation.
• Familiarity with ESA, EC, or national space programs and procurement processes.
• Ability to translate complex technical content into structured, high-quality proposals.

Responsibilities

• Analyze institutional calls for tenders and requests for proposals (ESA, EC, national programs).
• Coordinate and prepare technical and commercial proposals ensuring compliance with requirements.
• Act as interface between engineering teams and commercial stakeholders during bid phase.
• Contribute to definition, structuring, and continuous improvement of tender management processes.
• Support commercial positioning of RF, antennas, and communication-related solutions.
• Participate in clarification phases, proposal reviews, and customer interactions.
