Qualifications

• Significant experience in Talent Management, Leadership Development, Succession Planning or Organisational Development.
• Experience advising senior executives and global leadership teams on strategic talent matters.
• Proven success leading talent review processes and capability planning in international environments.
• Experience facilitating leadership calibration for executive populations with objective assessments.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the global strategy for identifying, developing and preparing talent for leadership positions.
• Ensure a sustainable leadership pipeline to support current and future business needs.
• Lead strategic leadership, potential and talent discussions with senior leaders.
• Promote enterprise-wide talent, internal mobility and international career development.
• Anticipate leadership continuity risks and implement actions for long-term sustainability.
• Translate business strategy into leadership capabilities and workforce requirements.
• Develop frameworks that combine performance, potential and emerging strategic capabilities.
• Identify capability gaps and partner with Learning, Talent Acquisition and HR partners to deliver solutions.
• Leverage market trends and analytics in AI-enabled talent management.
• Ensure talent decisions align with immediate priorities and future needs.
• Lead global performance management cycles with consistency and objectivity.
