Siegfried AG is seeking a senior leader to drive Global Partner Talent Management, DEI & Senior Management TA. You will shape global talent strategy, lead leadership development, and recruit senior executives across the organization, reporting to the Global Head Talent & Culture.

This role partners with top management to ensure strategic leadership continuity and a diverse, high-performing leadership pipeline.

Responsabilités

• Define and evolve the global Talent Management strategy, frameworks and processes.
• Drive Strategic Workforce Planning, translate business priorities into workforce gap analysis.
• Own the global talent review and succession planning for leadership roles.
• Design global approaches for talent identification, assessment, career development, internal mobility and leadership pipelines.
• Partner with senior leaders and HRBPs to identify critical roles and development priorities.
• Drive high-quality talent discussions, advancing from identification to development and succession actions.
• Strengthen objective assessment methodologies, competency frameworks and talent data usage.
• Monitor the health of talent and leadership pipelines with relevant metrics and analytics.
• Collaborate with Learning & Development to connect succession needs with development initiatives.
• Shape and lead the DEI strategy and roadmap with measurable actions.
• Partner with leaders to strengthen inclusive leadership and reduce bias in decisions.
• Establish DEI objectives and reporting to monitor progress.
• Advise senior management on DEI-related talent topics and ensure local context alignment.
• Lead Sustainability reporting for the social pillar across stakeholders.
• Lead recruitment for senior management globally from search to appointment.
• Collaborate with Executive Committee to define role mandates, profiles and success criteria.
• Develop market-mapping and sourcing strategies for senior leaders.
• Identify, approach, screen and assess senior candidates with confidentiality.
• Provide structured assessments and recommendations for senior stakeholders.
• Coordinate executive interviews and support evidence-based decisions.
• Manage external search firms selectively when value is added.
