Reporting to Global Head Talent & Culture, you will lead DEI and senior recruitment across the organization in a highly visible role with senior stakeholders. Qualifications

• University degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Organizational Development or related discipline.
• Significant experience in Talent Management, Talent Acquisition, Executive Search, HR Business Partnering or related HR disciplines in an international organization.
• Strong experience designing and managing talent review, succession planning and talent identification processes.
• Experience recruiting senior management/executive positions, including direct sourcing and executive search.
• Strong understanding of assessment, leadership capabilities and structured selection methodologies.
• Experience developing or implementing DEI strategies in an international environment.
• Experience advising senior executives on sensitive talent, succession and appointment decisions.
• Fluent English.

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve the global Talent Management strategy, frameworks and processes.
• Drive Strategic Workforce Planning and gap analysis.
• Own global talent review and succession planning process.
• Design and maintain global approaches for talent identification, assessment, career development, internal mobility and leadership pipelines.
• Partner with senior leaders to identify critical roles and development priorities.
• Strengthen objective assessment methodologies and talent data.
• Monitor health of talent and leadership pipelines with metrics.
• Connect succession needs with Learning & Development initiatives.
• Lead recruitment for senior management positions globally and coordinate with stakeholders.
• Manage external search firms when appropriate and build long-term relationships with external talent.
