• Significant experience in executive search, preferably in multinational or in-house settings.
• Proven ability to lead complex, global executive searches from brief to hiring.
• Strong sourcing, engagement and relationship-building with senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end executive recruitment globally (VP+ and senior roles).
• Build internal executive search capability and governance.
• Provide strategic talent insights to senior leadership and HR partners.
• Develop and maintain executive talent pipelines and market maps.
• Collaborate with external firms and manage in-house delivery.
